Voilà ce qu'une agence de recrutement me demande pour notre 1e entrevue :

Citation :: 1) Passport (please note we must sight the original. We will photocopy this for our records.)

2) National Insurance Number (if you are an overseas national and do not yet have one, you will have to apply as soon as possible, we can give you advice about this when we meet).

3) If you are British, we need original, or certified, copies of educational certificates or transcripts of results including GCSEs, A-Levels and all tertiary level courses/qualifications (e.g. college, university degree etc.).

4) If you are non-British, we need original or certified copies of your most recent educational qualification.

5) If applicable, we need original or certified copies of any certificates of professional qualifications (or some other verification, e.g. a letter from the relevant institute confirming membership status).

6) Employer References covering the last 5 years of employment. All references must be original or certified copies, written on company headed paper and must have dates (month and year as minimum). If the reference is a photocopy, we are obliged to verify the reference by contacting that employer, so in that event please bring contact details.

7) All gaps in employment over four weeks must be fully verified by a letter/email from a professional individual (this may include but not be limited to the following: lawyer, teacher, solicitor, accountant, doctor, director of a company). The referee cannot be a relative or partner of yourself.

8) Proof of address (utility bills, bank statement etc...)

9) Parfois selon l'agence un doc word de chez eux à remplir.

In many cases we are not able to submit a CV to a client unless we have already completed these checks and can sign a declaration to that effect. If you are able to bring these documents with you to your initial interview with us, that will speed up the process of us showing you job ideas.
